Ingredients:
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce or oyster sauce
2 tbsp chopped ginger
2 tbsp chopped ginger
½ kg medium sugpo
1 pc medium onion, chopped

1-1/2 cups coconut milk

4 stalks kinchay

How to cook:
Saute garlic, ginger, and onion. Stir in coconut milk and DEL MONTE Original Tomato Sauce. Season with soy sauce or oyster sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Allow to boil. Add shrimps and siling labuyo. Allow to boil. Stir in beaten egg and cook until set. Add kinchay and let stand for a few minutes before serving. Makes 9 servings.

hi there gracie! mmmm...sarap namn nyan! i like shrimp cooked in coconut milk and somewhat spicy! sometimes, i also like shrimps sauteed in butter and taste is sweet and garlicky. yummy! i like ur posts on food. ginugutom ko and also the baby inside me hehe :)
